All tools are free to use for personal, professional, or educational purposes. You may not use Awesome Toolkit to:
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or circumvent the service's infrastructure.
- Scrape, mirror, or republish the tools or their output at scale for commercial gain without permission.
- Use automated bots to generate abusive traffic.

All tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Marshkalk makes no guarantees regarding:
- The accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any result.
- Uninterrupted or error-free availability of the service.

Intellectual Property
The source code, design, and content of Awesome Toolkit are the property of Marshkalk. Third-party libraries are used under their respective open-source licences. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the site's code or design without prior written consent.
Third-Party Services
Certain tools make requests directly from your browser to third-party APIs (Cloudflare, ip-api.com, open.er-api.com). These services are independent of Marshkalk, and their availability, accuracy, and terms are beyond our control.
This site also integrates the following Google services, subject to your consent:
